Weekend Blues

It's Saturday again, but there's no excitement in the air for me. I wake up to an empty bed and an empty house. My friends and family are all busy with their own lives, leaving me with nothing to do and no one to do it with. This feeling of loneliness and isolation is all too familiar to me on weekends.

The Tyranny of Social Media

One of the main culprits of my weekend blues is social media. It's a constant reminder of all the fun and exciting things my friends are doing without me. And finally, I could be kinder to myself and allow myself to rest and recharge without feeling guilty. It's okay to have lazy weekends sometimes. The important thing is to find a balance between socializing, productivity, and self-care.
